Instruction to Authors:

1. Full Papers (Deadline December 31 2008) After acceptance of the abstract, authors will be requested to submit the full paper, maximum seven pages. Accepted papers longer that seven pages will be subject  to a page charge.
2. Papers must be submitted electronically to: secretary@ukchinanet.com
3. Detailed instructions on the format of papers can be found on the conference website. The working language of the conference is English.
